About Me

Each day, I practice patience, parenting and the art of medicine as I try to balance my time between raising four young children, loving my police officer husband and working as a family practice physician assistant. I am also a writer. Writing allows me to connect with my thoughts, creativity and if I am lucky, it allows me to connect with others as well.

I am a firm believer that no one can do it all, but we can have it all.
